Its a funny

But somehow everyone managed to miss the under construction arena until the DLC is installed.
Perhaps have the DLC start out without it and then it is slowly built throughout the game or something? Don't know. :/

I think it would be cool to have a man approach you for a donation, for an idea he has. You can give him money, and as soon as you give him like... 10000g, an arena will come under construction.

If not, If you become the Grand Champion, people should challenge you.

If you mean it gets build alongside the quest
>Already finished main quest
>Arena suddenly appears

If you mean after a certain amount of days, i'm pretty sure everyone would hate to wait forever to enter.

Yeah, that's true.

I like this though. I wish Skyrim were more interactive like this. A better economy would allow you to loan out money and stuff, make actual investments! It'd be amazing to found a town with the massive fortune you created when adventuring around the globe. :D

THIS.
I want an RPG that allows for free building. Like Mount and Blade Warband but you can construct stuff.

I wonder if a brilliant team of devs like the guys doing the MP mod will step forward and do it.
By the way, my friend Kurt send one of the head devs a letter brown townyzing the game and telling them to support the MP mod being made.

Maybe the arena questline could have a few quests before the actual arena events that have your character help gather things from around the world for the construction of the arena, I don't know.
"Dragonborn, my workers are thirsty. Go fetch some mead, will ya?"

Any opinion of this? It basically makes almost all NPC specific or generally unobtainable outfits craftable. You can suggest more if he missed any.

Already got a version of that on the workshop. Pretty cool, I usually wear grey robes.

Went back to the February 2011 GameInformer issue about Skyrim to see what was promised but not delivered:

Some unique words of power are spoken as a whisper, to aid in a stealthy approach, like the one that sends you instantaneously from one place to another.
