There will never be a game in the entire tamriel, unless it's an MMO. Even with the MMO, continents would have to be released as xpacks.

Besides, I wouldn't want a single player game in the whole world. Sadly, I don't want a game that I have to put 500+  hours on to beat.

Arena, the first elder scrolls game took place in all of Tamriel, a continent on the planet Nirn.
We don't know what power the next gen consoles will have and they may be able to handle the whole of Tamriel. It's not that hard to do, it would just only load in one province at a time.

Nah, there are khajiit, cat people, and argonians, lizard people in the elder scrolls universe.
There are also serpent people, monkey people, snow demon people, different cat people, slug people called Sload (similar to the hutts of star wars), and probably some other stuff that we haven't seen/heard about in the games

I suggest you all check out Designs of the Nords. The guy made some really awesome textures and has only 28 endorsements.
