No... The first mod I posted is similar to that one, but I'm going to extend it to work for the DLCs, which he never did.

That's similar to the one you quoted, but mine allows you to smelt miscellaneous items as well. Both of those mods were also not made with the creation kit which apparently means that they can cause save corruption.

Pretty easy to write off khajiit as richards. I mean I just walked into a kahajiit's house as an argonian and the  bastard leaped at me with a knife.
Also a tribal nord attacked me when I was trying to leave riverwood. I'm not surprised it was a stormcloak.
Argonians are so bigoted.
