Why do they use laser swords when they have perfectly well working laser guns that can kill people at a distance with one shot?

Who is master chief and why is he so ugly.

Why can't the ODSTs and Noble team hold two weapons at once? Was holding two weapons not invented at the time of those games?

Why did Master Chief forget how to hold two needlers at once?

When did 343 Guilty Spark get that laser ability, or why didn't he use it sooner?

Why didn't Johnson just get on that loving pelican when Miranda told him to? It would have saved everyone a lot of trouble.

Why doesn't the Gravemind simply kill people with those giant tentacles he used to attack the pelican?

If energy swords can be held with one hand, why can't people hold two? The Arbiter in Halo Wars had the right idea.

Why did the UNSC get rid of all their good pistols?

Halo Wars doesn't count. It wasn't made by Bungie. If it's not made by Bungie, it isn't Halo.

Not true. It possesses the Halo name, so its a Halo game.

Its also my favourite Halo game.

Oh god I love how this guy is acting so serious as forget. I love Halo but this is loving overboard. Hahahahaha.

On Topic:

I can't choose a favorite Halo. They all have their pros and cons, but they all weigh out equally.

It's part of the Sangheili (Elites) code of honor. Sangheili of high ranks use them for ceremonial purposes on the battlefield.

Who is master chief and why is he so ugly.

He never showed his face so how do you know he's ugly? Anyway, the Master Cheif Petty Officer SPARTAN-117 was a boy named John abducted at an early age to be trained as a SPARTAN. I'll stop there as I don't think you'll have the time to read through 3 pages of info.

@-Jetz-
I'll answer your questions in the next post.

Why can't the ODSTs and Noble team hold two weapons at once? Was holding two weapons not invented at the time of those games?

They aren't as strong as SPARTAN IIs.

Why did Master Chief forget how to hold two needlers at once?

I don't recall an instance like this. Where did you hear about him "forgetting"?

When did 343 Guilty Spark get that laser ability, or why didn't he use it sooner?

Using the laser consumes his processing power which he needs to think clearly.

Why didn't Johnson just get on that loving pelican when Miranda told him to? It would have saved everyone a lot of trouble.

The Brutes/Flood would've taken it down. And she wanted to go down fighting like her father.

Why doesn't the Gravemind simply kill people with those giant tentacles he used to attack the pelican?

He may have consumed worlds, but his tentacles can only go so far.

If energy swords can be held with one hand, why can't people hold two? The Arbiter in Halo Wars had the right idea.

Duel-wielding in most games trades accuracy for power. Apparantly, Ripa Moramee (Halo Wars Arbiter) wanted power vs. performance.

Why did the UNSC get rid of all their good pistols?

They didn't. The pistols you get depend on what was being mass-produced at the time.

Why did Master Chief forget how to hold two needlers at once?

He could hold two at once in Halo 2, and he couldn't in Halo 3. I assumed he forgot how.

I'll give you that he was a bit crazy in the final battle, but he clearly used it on a combat form at the end of the level Floodgate (I think), apparently because of an emergency. Why didn't he use it when the ring from Halo: CE was at risk of being blown up?

Why didn't Johnson just get on that loving pelican when Miranda told him to? It would have saved everyone a lot of trouble.

They would have had a much better chance then they had on foot.
Why doesn't the Gravemind simply kill people with those giant tentacles he used to attack the pelican?

He may have consumed worlds, but his tentacles can only go so far.
I'm mostly referring to the scene where the Chief and Arbiter were knocked off the pelican. It looked like he could have knocked them clean off that platform, but then he just left the scene and sent the army that has failed to stop them so many times before to do the job.

I want power more than performance, too. Why can't I pick up another sword?

Why did they stop producing the good ones? Don't say price; they can give specific people specialized weapons, as is the case with the Spartan Laser.

I do believe this is due to pressure / anger / ??? that the covvies had invaded earth.

Dunno how to answer this one... Maybe he was corrupted when the gravemind used him? I pretty sure that was him...

They would have had a much better chance then they had on foot.

Well this one varies... Due to the chance of the flood getting them and i think the gravemind using the flood to kill the prophets guards. However johnson could have died on the pelican and then SHE would die fighting the Gulity Spark/Controlled by Gravemind. SGT Johnson is also a part of Project Orion (SPI) Which has immunity to the flood. Ill get my source here soon.

Flood > Corpse > FOOOOOOD

Can you fight with 2 HIGHLY DANGEROUS BEAMS OF PLASMA? Well i think that would be hard to control destroying the purpose of a great balance between power and performance.

Why did they stop producing the good ones? Don't say price; they can give specific people specialized weapons, as is the case with the Spartan Laser.

Read the back of crysis boxs and crap and you get adapt and engage.. Basiclly this is just a case of UNSC adapting and adapting to new and more threats.

Johnson enlisted in the UNSC Marine Corps when he was nineteen and was soon thrown into the Insurrection. His name was dubiously associated with dozens of black operations and programs, including assignment to the highly classified unit called ORION Project, which performed "enhancement" procedures on volunteer troops, who would later be referred to as SPARTAN-Is. Johnson was also known to have participated on missions codenamed TANGLEWOOD and KALEIDOSCOPE.

A query by the A.I. Cortana into Johnson's medical history revealed that he had a false condition known as Boren's syndrome. This disease was supposedly contracted while he was stationed at Paris IV. When the Covenant attacked Paris IV, Johnson fought valiantly; during the battle, he repossessed a crate of Covenant plasma grenades when his troops needed them and used them all against the enemy troops to keep them at bay so his fellow soldiers could evacuate. He received a commendation for bravery, and a twelve-hundred-rad cumulative dose of radiation as an unanticipated "bonus" from all the plasma detonations.

However, the Boren's syndrome apparently had an unexpected side effect, as it made him effectively immune to infection by the sentient alien parasite known as the Flood because the radiation scrambled his nervous system so much that Flood Infection Forms could not force a match. This rendered the Flood unable to control him. However, the Boren's syndrome story (referred to as the "Paris/BS Spoof"), was a hoax to cover up Johnson's involvement in the ORION Project, and that his immunity to Flood infection is a result of the procedures performed on him to make him a SPARTAN-I .
