DTS error with Blender

Hello, Iv"e been having problems while trying to export a block or some mesh item to DTS. It says check python console, I have searched around for links or help and i am stuck. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please help. Thank you!

You should probably explain exactly what you did.
Errors could be for any number of reasons, so you need to describe what you've done so it would be more easy to pinpoint your problem.

You could also check out the exporting tutorials to see if you missed a step or something.

Check that you are using the correct Python version.

Well I don't mean it in a bad way but it really doesn't tell you to much how to fix problems because it is free. I know blender is great just saying that you don't get instruction from the company.

Wings3D is free, good people like Anybody, Khain, and other people. As for blender, Bushido uses it if I'm correct, so cciam, go loving mind yourself instead!

I have never needed instructions from any company. Google is far better.

there are no instructions with Milkshape 3D either.
The DTS Exporter is a third-party plugin. The "instructions" for default-Blender come with the program.

Wings3D is free, good people like Anybody, Khain, and other people. As for blender, Bushido uses it if I'm correct, so cciam, go loving mind yourself instead!

Bushido uses Milkshape 3D, unless he recently changed to a different program.

Ok, I use python 2.6.4 and have 0.97 beta 3 exporter for dts. I use blender something 2.49 or 3.49, I can't look at it because I'm on my Ipod away from home. It says to check python console, even though I've updated python plenty of times. Thanks for the help.

I recommend you install both versions.

The DTS exporter only works on 2.46 to 2.49. No other versions of blender will work for the exporter.
