need help with steam

so i go to play any game i purchased on steam
this happens:


yes i tried restarting steam, changing my password, changing contact email address

still not working.

even when i press login, it does nothing. as shown in the picture
and when i press cancel all it does is exit steam

His password maybe obvious by the number of letters/digits.

Go to \Steam\Steamapps\ and copy all the game files from there to somewhere else. Then reinstall Steam and copy the game files back into there.
