My right eyelid did this for about a week, It was annoying to say the least.

You need to rest your eyes, you've had them open too long. I get eye twitches when my eyes get dry and I'll be looking at computer screens too long.

This happens on my knee :c. It's annoying cuz even rubbing it doesn't stop. I have to literally kick the air and sprint in place for it to stop D:
