Think about the difference between Flash and hand-drawn. It takes thousands of drawings to make up a few seconds of video. It makes sense for them to use Flash.

I know the difference from flash, hand drawn, and 3D cartoons. I grew up in the middle 90s and earlier 21st century you know.

I doubt that this cartoon will last too long (if it didn't die already). It's not fit for the attention span of today's kids. Plus it probably takes a long time to animate.
