aand lots of money since it's basically 40k without gaming and everything cool about it
40k..?

Put a couple of pieces of tape over the horn. Or a chime/strobe if you're a pusillanimous individual.
Nah, I carry ear plugs.

Where do you live? country or rural?
Scotland

Model trains maybe..
Quite expensive

Model trains aren't too expensive unless you plan on making something larger than a circle or oval track.

and takes up way more space than e.g. warhammer

unless you just paint a little train

if that's what you're gonna do then you might as well not bother tbh

If you have a basement that'd be a good place for tracks. If your basement isn't cluttered though.

well why would you have one if it isn't

Skateboard. Go to your nearest skateshop/sports shop (I know you have one somewhere)
pick up a skateboard. Doesnt even need to be good. JUST MAKE SURE ITS NOT FROM WALMART OR KMART OR ANY OF THAT stuff. Those boards are really, REALLY bad. Look online on how to learn to do tricks and stuff and you will be not bored ever again.

Here is a list of things you could do for a hobby:

1. You could collect stuff. (Rocks maybe?)
2. You could go into singing or you could learn how to play a musical instrument. (The piano is good)
3. You could go into acting.
4. You could practice juggling and get really good at it.
5. You could practice magic tricks.
6. You could practice different forms of dancing. (Break dancing is cool)
3. You could go into photography (taking lots of pictures, example: lots of different kinds of nature)
4. You could teach yourself how to draw really well or maybe try painting.
5. You could go into cooking.
6. You could go into gardening.
7. You could go into learning how to make your very own video game. (Game Maker is pretty good to start out with, Google it.)

Get involved with a sports team. Watch them.

One more I should suggest:
Football.

Nothing seems appealing.
WHY DO I HAVE SUCH COMPLICATED TASTES?!
