The real problem is: Isn't disability for someone who can't work due to illnesses? You're not old enough for that, you're sure you aren't in something else? Or are your parents lying?

If you think about it closely you would have spent your own personal money instead of the money given to you.

Money A - You can spend on anything

Money B - you can only spend on health treatment. If gone, use "Money A".

"Money A" builds up because you don't have to spend it on treatment.

Edit: "Money A" can then be spent on stuff you want instead of need.
