It's ok, and has very good adherence to the limerick format. However, sheep never make noises like that. They make more of a "bla-a-a-a-a-aa-aaahh" kind of noise.
I agree with you completely. I have little to no appreciation for free verse.
I attempt epic poems, but I never produce satisfying results. Anyway, here's one that I wrote recently. It was supposed to be a song, but I never was interested enough to actually write down the score, which I remember perfectly anyway, to the note. (Including a few ornaments)
Times are thin, and so am I,
Society's shutting me out.
I'll while away this wonderful night,
With no-one else about.
Life is not a summer's dream,
No matter what anyone says or thinks,
Don't skip your dream upon the sea,
For it will quickly sink.

H| It's awfully nice this time of year,
O| The air's so sweet and cool,
R| But I see nothing but stars below, (Note: referring to looking down into water)
U| For night is the time for a fool.

My love is young for this new world,
This painted picture place,
Reflections from the lights above
Shine light onto my face.
Stars are yellow, I am blue,
Life in style is red,
The music they all listen to
Has words, but nothing's said.

Constructive criticismz prease!
