No, stupidity isn't a permanent condition, it can easily be ironed out and taken care of (Not through death).  And yes, it is perfectly reasonable for a person to consider Self Delete under such comment(s), and it needs to be taken care of.  Some people are more sensitive then others, some people feel the need to to shoot themselves down out of low courage.  It is a matter of personality, not who is right or wrong.

And perfection is not the right path to prosperity.

It is the other person's fault for taking words to seriously.

They burden themselves by over-thinking the others comment, but like I said ^

Insane, no. Then its the fault of the parents for not taking better care of them I suppose. Stupid, yes. If you're born stupid you can become smarter. Maybe not as smart as someone who was born smart, but you can become smart enough to not kill yourself.

I don't agree with these laws either, simply because cases could be misunderstood.  As opinions can't be spread as much as on the internet, people like to share them.  In most cases, these opinions could be very hurtful to some, so without knowing, you're accused with violation of a law.

I was just saying a fine might be better than putting a teen (since most of the time its teens) in jail for 15 years

This is the worst crap my face has ever looked into. The internet is the freest place in the entire world. You reserve the right to "Block" people on every social networking site. Also, If you take this to the point of Self Delete, You've done several things wrong. First off, You haven't told anyone else. If you were to tell someone else, like a responsible adult, the situation would never go to the point of Self Delete. Secondly, You are probably taking insults a little too seriously. If I would have taken to heart every time I was made fun of, I'd be hanging from a rope around my neck too. Thirdly, The people calling them that are obviously not your friends anyways. Not everyone is out to get you. There will always be friends. Peoples opinions are not just out there for the warping. there will likely be people who recognize the situation for what it is and offer help. Not always, But sometimes. Also, When did the schools own Facebook? Is there some sort of cigarettegish law out there that says the Public School System can moderate any forum, any social networking site, and any Board in the world? So how can they punish the bully(s) for what they have done on someone else's property? Lets say I own a a Pizza Shop, And you own a Jewelry store 150 Miles away. Lets say "Bob" goes to your shop and starts spitting on and kicking people in your store and proceeds to exit. Then he drives to my store. Should I be allowed to punish him for something he did in your store? Now don't get me wrong, The people who caused anyone to commit Self Delete in the first place (Though a illogical option) should be tried for murder.
