Epik, clearly, most people don't like your clan. If you are new, gain experience from the community, THEN make a clan. You should atleast know VCE before making a 3rd tier eventing clan or so. Based on this clan's purpose, this is a tier 1 clan, ie misc and not familiar with the community.
You should have also been playing for 1 year. That's about good for making a regular tier 1 clan.
Notice that the community is not made up of little kids. It is made up of a mature yet harsh community. If they don't like you, get away from them. Don't call them kids simply because you cannot handle their retaliations.
I'm not trying to troll or flame you, I'm trying to tell you that you can't make a clan so hastily right as you join.
