New computer finally!

Well, Fedex took forever to get it to me, but it's here. My 15'' macbook pro. Some of you may remember my thread a while back about whether I should buy the new computer or the drumset.

Well my dad bought the laptop for me. So far, it's sweet, and I love the new features of OS X Lion.

I can now game on the go again! Add me on steam: Trifax, maybe we can play some games now that I CAN.

You make it sound like you wanted to actually play games. Why did you get a Mac?
I'm not bashing on the Mac here, I'm just curious because Windows is sort of the whole system that has all the games on it.

There has been a pretty big push recently for mac games.  Deus Ex HR is getting a mac version, and the number of mac titles on steam is growing quite a bit.  Which version of the 15" did you get?  I'm kind of looking at macbook pros now.

Guys, I play all the games i want to play perfectly well on a Mac. And for the like...2 games I'd care to play that are Windows only, I'm setting up a boot camp partition and putting on Win 8 tomorrow.

I didn't get it just for gaming. That's just a point that is most relative to this forum. In addition I'd like to learn Java, and with my old laptop I simply did not have any hard drive space left to save anything else on there. Also, I can actually process video editing, garageband, and a number of other things.
