You're mad because you don't have a colorful gun or some cigarette to play as in multiplayer for free, because you're too lazy to get off your ass and get a job to pay for it. And no, you do not own the disc. You own the RIGHTS to it. And the reason they put the DLC on the disc already is so you don't have to wait because of download times.
