The civillian leads you to a dimensional portal. He says the portal leads to the secret entrance of the main castle. Inside the castle the troops will not expect you because they will be outside. But he says to not go outside because he is sure there are troops gaurding the castle. He says to sneak to the fifth floor and kill the king. You ask why a civillian of this planet wants the king killed. He says because he hates the king he's a selfish freak and thats how its been for a long time even with the other civillians.
