Life ie pointless if we're just going to rot and forget everything.
Your point being? Life doesn't last long, enjoy it while you can. As much as things aren't as permanent as you want them to be, they won't. Right now, by doing nothing won't get anything done, we won't reach our destination and life will rot even quicker.
Earth will pass on, life will pass on long after you do, I understand you want us to succeed in permanent matter, but that will never be the case.
Exactly I want to remember. I wish religions were real so I can be one of those hypocritical christians again that go to church, donate, and go home to beat their wives.
Where are you getting this from? Are you really coming out to be like this? I'm no barbarian, I'm no psycho, I still believe in God. Does he tell me to kill in his name? No, I work for the greater good in life. I donate, I do a good turn each day for at least one person, so at least someone could live something of value and happiness. Every little deed doesn't go unnoticed, so if you think you're just going to be 'erased' from this world just like that, you need to do something for this world, it doesn't have to be huge, but if you do that small deed, it makes things a lot better then you are right now.

I'm not going to talk about how you simply 'just have a feeling on this', its morally degrading to think in a certain way that you'll just 'die off' and no one will remember you. Guess what, that will get you nowhere, if you want to learn more about philosophy, read and think more. Get some advice from intelligible, respectful people, maybe you'll learn a thing or two.
