because I can't buy one in a smoke shop i'm under 18 and If I buy it from a dealer I will get overpriced. Trust me weed and the stuff for smoking weed's prices vary. If you buy it from a person that has a card than It may be generally cheaper. If you buy it from a middle man or a dealer the price is usually higher
