No it does not. Refer to my previous post.
So, let's say a little kid who is insulting a huge person, means that the little kid is  a tough guy?

According to Tony, being incredibly spontaneously rude is equivalent to the unwritten rule of internet tough guy-ing.

By this logic you are internet tough guy-ing by calling Stocking a guy, lol.

Saying "he, him, it" is not the same as telling someone to "shut the forget up and go home" you missed the entire point.

When you insult someone you belittle them. If I child insulted an adult it would be as if saying "I can do this without consequence." Of course whether or not he can do this without consequence is completely irrelevant in this conversation.

That's being incredibly rude.  If I called you a woman, it insults your masculinity.  If you call a woman a man, it insults her feminine traits.  It's an equal-opportunity rude insult.

You have no logic here other than stuff you read off of pamphlets.

The phrase "shut the forget up" is a forceful term of telling someone to shut up in anger. By adding "and go home" you are telling them to go/leave/never return, you've now made it clear you are incredibly mad and agitated and you never want to see or hear that person again.

Tony should see a therapist to help him work through his mad.

He does not appear to be mad, if anything your attempts at agitating him have all failed.

REALLY.

ITT: Both sides are loving stupid.

Yes from what I have seen he has kept a calm level head, and all you have been doing is trying to provoke him into loosing his cool.

Get Mad

A term used in telling someone who is already mad to get madder. This implies that you're encouraging the angry person to submit to their rage, basically telling them to give up. If the angry person was truly determined about what they were doing or about the situation they won't get mad.
Guy 1 - "Man, I can't get this loving car to start, DAMN!!"
Guy 2 - "What, you mad? Get mad dude"
Guy 1 - "nah, I got this" (<--implies only to people who r man enough to not get mad)

This would be what Stocking is doing.
