What are your phobias/fears?

What it says on the tin, what are your phobias and or fears?

I have two. First, centipedes. How could those things NOT be scary?

Second, things being close to my eyes. I don't really fear it but I certainly don't like it. Unless it's a barber's scissors or something I have full control over it isn't coming anywhere near my eye. I got that one from my dad, he hates it too.
