My previous accounts ban was unjustified. I was banned for rule 5 when I really wasn't saying I was leaving the forums or the game.

you know, honestly I think baddy keeps certain members around for pure lolz.  Like, he lets the absolute handicaps stick around for a few weeks before banning them, like greenbh, trainman1, etc

Badspot bans who he needs to ban. If you have a huge set of crayons there are colors you use, colors you don't, and ugly colors. For instance, you keep red because you use it, you keep electric tangerine because it's cool, you get rid of speckled dark brown because it looks like stuff. Someone like magic Mage would be like red, stocking would be electric tangerine, and the handicaps that come here are speckled dark brown.
