His name is __ and he can change his name to whatever he wants and he can ban people from irc and kick them too when he is BlockBot, he has also hacked some people on IRC from there IP address on IRC and they have'nt been able to go on IRC after that, he can impersonate anyone, he even impersonated Badspot and he didn't get kicked! He also changed his name to Ephialtes and such names like using mine too.

He hacks servers to be SA all the time and can kick everyone from the servers and then he becomes the host, he can ban the host from his own server, I don't know how he does it but I can try and get some pics of the IRC.

He is offline, I was on IRC for like an hour so, I don't know if he will get back on, Yoke is his friend though, he told me that __ is his friend that hacks many things.
