Author Topic: Teachers Cursing  (Read 944 times)

Discuss how it makes you uncomfortable when you're reading a story or something and the teachers have to curse. Today my ELA teacher had to say bitch and she looks and acts like the nicest teacher in the school so it was weird.

one of my teachers talks about snakees and vaginas a lot recently

my band director swears all the time

really bridges the cap between teachers and students

Cursing is only cursing because society called it cursing.

i'm not being immature about the cursing, but like captain said, teachers should be role models.

I just prefer to say "swearing".

GO AWAY HIPSTER
He has a point.
"Cursing" or "swearing" is just a concept some thing fundamentaly religious people made up because some words were apparently made by the devil.

we were doing dumb sentence patterns in english last week(to individualize your writing and make it interesting!) and we were asked to come up to the board and write examples

"Nick, the gay kid, is very gay." (using appositives!)
"Why is Nick gay?" (interrogative sentence!)
etc. etc.

the teacher was totally okay with these 5 kids walking up to the board and constantly calling nick gay as long as he wasnt really hurt by it
