Ahem, it does seem I am paranoid about many things. For example, this morning when I was preparing my food, I thought I saw a face in my Living Room and almost dropped a pair of scissors on my unprotected feet :U

And as for yet another example; I remember during Hurricane Irene I had extreme difficulty sleeping on a night without power, because I had this horrible feeling that someone would come into my room and rape me.

Do any of you feel like this, and how do I fix it?

Every night when I was a child, I would be awake lying in bed until 2 AM worrying that someone might break into my house and kill my family.

My imagination scares me very badly sometimes.

Similar to this, I was once walking downstairs at about 6:45AM or so to eat breakfast before school, and of course it's really dark downstairs. Halfway down the staircase and I think I see a man standing in the room parallel to the stairs, but it just ended being a potted plant with a chair in front of it, making a humanoid shape. I did, however, stand there on the stairs for ten loving minutes just staring at the "man" in fear. I was jumpy for the next half hour until I left for the bus stop.

This type of thing too.

I would sometimes wake up at like 3 AM and have to piss. I would get to the stairs and just stand there because I thought someone or something was down there in the pitch black dark. I would stand there fore literally 10 minutes debating weather to do it or not until my bladder would be ready to burst. I would then suck it up, rush down the stairs, and fly into the bathroom and flip the light on. Once I was done I would spring back upstairs into my room.

and to think I was the only one...

So many fake faces everywhere..

same here

:U

You aren't paranoid, you're narcissistic. You have the audacity to think you're hot enough to rape, get over yourself.

What sort of medicine?
Go to your doctor and ask him. I take meds for my anxiety and they help a lot.

i always have these bad daydreams all the time
they wont leave my head :c

like i can look at someone and i immediately see them being killed in some random way

Just try thinking logical here. There is nobody in your living room. Nobody is going to rape you. Chances are that nothing of any significance will ever happen to you in your entire life. Nothing is going to happen and nobody is going to do anything to you. If you hear sounds and stuff just turn on the radio or get a cat. Cause it was your cat that made that sound. See how that works?

that's sort of when you realise that in your own house you have a chair and a plant, or rather, a potted plant, just to differ it from the plants that just lie there on the floor

also seriously how does that make a "humanoid" shape

Get medication
taking pills instead of solving problems doesn't solve problems, it creates more problems
