I used to get really anxious at night over small things. I would watch a movie and I wouldn't be able to tell from reality. This was when I was really young however so its normal.

taking pills instead of solving problems doesn't solve problems, it creates more problems
It doesn't solve them, I never said that. It helps your condition, it doesn't create more problems. Paranoia is something you can't control, and I don't believe you can ever get rid of it.

I've always had a fear of cars and I'm always afraid some idiot driver is going to hit us :I Speaking of which, we almost got hit by a dump truck a week ago because he didn't pay attention to the yield sign on a highway when we had the right of way.

sometimes my dog bites me and it hurts like heck and sometimes the dog just doesnt stop sometimes im paranoid if hes going to  bite me so i dont pet the dog anymore i dont want bit!! :nes:

Just thought I'd point out your personality has become more like the rest of us. ..Us males. lmfao. When I read your posts I think 'lol some dude wrote that' but then I remember 'oh that's a girl wtf'
Idk. Just saying.

I take meds for depression and stupid vitamins because my leg.

I'm slightly paranoid.
I have a great imagination.

Then you don't have paranoia.

I'm pretty much a dude with a vagina.

i envision the worst case scenario for everything

EVERYTHING, like right now my pc could catch a virus and short out my pc and electrify and kill me

Ahem, it does seem I am paranoid about many things. For example, this morning when I was preparing my food, I thought I saw a face in my Living Room and almost dropped a pair of scissors on my unprotected feet :U

And as for yet another example; I remember during Hurricane Irene I had extreme difficulty sleeping on a night without power, because I had this horrible feeling that someone would come into my room and rape me.

Do any of you feel like this, and how do I fix it?
Don't worry. It's only me. Go back to sleep.

Then you don't have paranoia.
Say what you want. I've had experiences similar to the ones in the OP.

You aren't paranoid, you're narcissistic. You have the audacity to think you're hot enough to rape, get over yourself.
Don't start stuff.
