It's kinda sad that people don't really see the changes with the new iPhone. They're just calling it stuff because it's the same exterior and same overall feel. It's 7 times faster, shoots 1080p video, and has that Siri assistant thing which is pretty damn cool if you ask me.

This is correct. "PCs" as they are incorrectly called should actually be called Windows computers. PC is just shorter and everyone calls Apple computers Macs anyway.

apple were the ones that first marketed themselves as "non pc" back in 85.
they wanted that terminology to not include them, even though that didnt make sense.
its apple. they make stuff, and wanted people then to think they reinvented the computer.

funny how mac fanboys think it came from windows users, and blame them for the term being misused.

Yes but do they add new features enhancing the customization of the product? No. Unlike Android, you must jailbreak your iOS device if you wish to install 3rd party applications, get new keyboards, change the screen transition, etc. Maybe one day Apple will finally open up.

It's not a small leap forward, and the pricing hasn't really changed for the latest phone...what's even better for you 4s haters, is that the iPhone 4 is now 99 bucks and supposedly the 3gs is free.

That's just speculation I've heard, although Apple does make a habit of lowering prices on previous gen phones. Not sure about the 3gs, you're right it sounds unreasonable, but ya never know.
