When did this happen?
just yesterday I think
I was confused when I read it.
I saw a 20 minute old news article about it so it must be very recent :o

We also had the "Visible Mars" type thingy that happens once in a few generations of people.

(The "False" was for it happening nearly every few years.)

Steve jobs death on the same level as 9/11?...

I prefer to call these the brown years. mondays dominate music, government, etc. These are cold, dark (literally) times.

loving this. Mega-Bear, you need to be president.

Don't forget the death of Michael Jackson

and expecially

Billy Mays :c

Billy Mays was MY ROLE MODEL!

I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU!

GET THE STAINS OUT!

Seriously, Steve Jobs is not someone who I'll tell my children about. Osama bin Laden: yes, Steve Jobs: no.
I will probably sit at a family gathering, playing quiz games. One question will be "Who founded Apple?" and everyone will be like "idk"

Honestly, I think our parents and grandparents lived in a much more interesting time than us. I mean: WW2, Korean war, Vietnam war, youth rebelations in the 60's with hippies and stuff, a split Europe, the cold war... the list just goes on and on.

What I will tell my children about: the rise of the internet, the war on terrorism, alot of natural disasters, the global heating crysis etc.

I'm not gonna argue about PC/Apple. But no, he didn't. He did some cool stuff, but he didn't exactly invent modern computers. Alot of people did, and he was one out of many. He was a good guy and all, but I don't think he'll be someone I think of when I think of my childhood.

My laptop was made during the 18th century, and actually uses steam power! :P
There's nothing "Steve"-ish about it.
But I'm very fond of my iPod.

Guys Farah Fawcett died.

Our generation is full of selfish starfishs who have no manners and respect for anyone.
