Another one of those topics...

Anyway, do you think we have a sixth sense? What would it be?

I think we do. If you watch those crime shows, like on Investigation Discovery (ID), you will hear the victims saying they suddenly had a bad feeling, as if they were being watched or stalked. I think humans have the ability to sense if they are in danger or someone is following/watching them, but only some.

I have a bad feeling about going to third period in my school, hoping that I don't get in a fight.

It's just them passing their perception check, it's not a sixth sense.

That's not a very good characteristic of a sixth "sense"

I'd say it'd be some kind of ability their mind has or make them think it has.

Sounds very interesting, though.

Just their spider-senses tingling, nothing special.

The sixth sense is common, but unfortunately not common enough. :c

i think that when your like i should duck, then you duck and dodge something, you really just sublimnaly(forget spell check im lazy) picked up on it coming and warned yourself or something i dont know

Well, wild creatures can sense danger. Wouldn't it make sense for humans to be able to do the same?

Also, sometimes me and other people in my family get this strong sense of Déjà vu. Usually when I get it, something bad or semi-bad happens after. Could be a sixth sense.

-this is true-
A lot of people can tell if someone is gay just by a picture of them with a straight face.

There's some interesting thing going around about "resonance", something about how every object emits some sort of vibration we all pick up subconsciously. They say an example would be that feeling that you're being stared at, you turn around and you were right.

Sometimes I get a feeling someone is watching me/behind me.

And its usually true

Detecting homoloveuality is not a sense nor did it ever need to be one.

There are tons of senses that humans don't currently have the ability to access. Maybe evolution will take care of that, maybe not.

Things like sonar and stuff.

technically we have around 14-20 senses
A lot of the other senses that says are things like heat and cold. But those could fall under touch.
