Here are two walls with windows.
The one on the left would be fine with me, but the one on the right would make me go apestuff.
Here's another example:

Left would be fine, right apeship.
the brick lines make make me raghaghag.
It's not when it's on other builds, but when i do it it makes me say "forget this" to the entire build and buhhh.

Another problem i have is i can't finish builds because when i start it it looks bad and i scrap it
what do i do to get rid of my perfectionism :C

Look at overall shape, not brick creases.

But your house on Surb's was genius, but like you said yourself, you aren't good at exteriors, so that put an end to another potentially great work of art.
