I'm too lazy to look up what mission 7 was.

just watch until the blue screen goes away and the plane appears

CAN I HAVE MY GODDAMNED TU160

The nurse comes in, and tell me I am fit to fly. I walk back to my bunk, and pull out a small drawer from underneath the main gun compartment. I pull out a small 9 MM pistol. Not as lovey or awesome as my Vector but it'll have to do. Locking and shutting everything, I walk out to Nike. She was still clean, and was loaded with Sidewinders and Sparrows. I climb in the roosterpit, giving the lovey bird a few small pats, and look around. The instrumentation was far better than the Tiger. I grip the control column, and request push-back. I get clearance, my plane being towed out to the taxiway. I start the turbines, listening to the roar of the two turbofan engines. I taxied to the runway. "This is Phoenix 5, requesting permission for take-off." "Roger, Phoenix 5. Good luck and good hunting." I ready the aircraft, deploying flaps and checking the controls. "Ready to strut your stuff, Nike?" I grin as I push the throttle balls-to-the-wall, being pressed against my seat. The Hornet climbs gracefully into the air, and I bank towards the West, throttling back to cruise and setting the autopilot towards the solar plants. "This is Phoenix 5, I will be flying air cover today. I hope I have some buddies."

(Don't feel like reading? Then watch this.)

Meh, Ill just stick with Tu-95.

Anyways, this pretty much sums up what I could've written in a paragraph.

After a short discussion with the captain, I'm told that there's a replacement A-10 sitting in another hangar. I head over there, climb in the roosterpit, and begin setting up for the next mission. The first thing I notice on the dashboard is that it's got glass. Aw dammit, they gave me an A-10C. I don't have too big of a problem with MFDs, but I've always preferred the look of individual gauges. Well, I guess it's necessary now. The A-10C is made to carry JDAMs, and there are also a few other upgrades I might need for the mission. I look through the digital stores management system screen, and see that I'm currently carrying 2 sidewinders, some JDAMs, dumb bombs, and a few AGM-65s. Locked and loaded. I taxi out to the runway. "This is Uzi 1-1, requesting permission to take-off on heading 242 for southeast departure." "Uzi 1-1, you are cleared for take-off. Go break some glass." Skies are clear. Flaps down, full throttle. Pull up. I get up to 10000 feet before leveling off. "Alright, let's get this show on the road."

After being briefed, I head to the hangar to find that three new kills had been painted next to the 5 or so miniature Erusian flags that I already had. I hop into the MiG, and taxi out to the runway.
"Bullet 1-1, requesting permission to take off."

"Granted, Bullet 1-1. Good luck."
I quickly catch up with the others.
"Let's go. Operation Deep Strike is on."
