Curabiur Tellus Elite is a clan mainly focused on building and hosting DMs, TDMs, CTFs, and so forth. It's also focused on aerial and ground vehicle piloting. You must submit an app to join, in one of two ways:
1. The classic build app, or
2. A YouTube video showing off your vehicle piloting and stunts (being a good pilot is optional.)

Technically, a layout consists of sections such as members, general, etc. with a description or information on each one.
