Doesn't do any difference and you liked their comment for no reason. People try everything to get on the top comments spot.

They should disable the top comment section all together.

You can always just ignore the stupid comments, but yes, they do suck and the whole thumbs up system for comments shouldn't be there although it does allow blocking for some stupid and arguing comments
