I had this error a few times before v19 but now it happens more frequently.

Windows

    * Program Files > Blockland v19
    * Right-click this folder
    * Select the option "Properties"
    * Un-check the box that says "Read Only"
    * Make sure this option is applied to all the files within Blockland v19

Next...

    * On your desktop, or in the start menu, find the shortcut for Blockland
    * Right-click the shortcut
    * Select the "Compatibility" tab
    * The option "Run this as an administrator" should be checked. If it is not, check that box.
    * Close this window, and start up Blockland. The issue should be repaired.

I don't have the option "Run this as an administrator."

Is your my documents folder unwritable for some reason?

Is your my documents folder unwritable for some reason?

I'm not sure, how would I check for that?

Yah ime also getting this prity bad. Was bearable in v19 but i can only load vinila servers now due to it.

All the folders have full read/write set up including the cache

*Update

Okay it doesn't work after I clicked on the "Blockland Dedicated Server" icon. Then when the DED starts up I go to launch Blockland and it gives me the Sqlite error. However I don't get the Sqlite Error as long as I don't try to host a dedicated server.

*I would of put this in with the original post but I didn't realize I accidentally clicked the Dedicated server icon by accident, I might as well figure out how to host a DED server since I posted this.

When I click the dedicated server icon it works and I can run the game at the same time.  So I don't know what to tell you.  You could specify a different folder for your dedicated server by running BlocklandLauncher.exe -dedicated -profilePath "C:\Whatever\Blockland"

Arotia (A Blockland friend of mine) is having the same problem but its even worse. Arotia can't play the game at all and he is on a Windows Vista computer btw. He can load blockland just fine but once he joins or even plays a singleplayer game, the Sqlite error happens. I tried to help him and we tried everything. We changed the path file to different paths multiple times, he uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the permissions for the folder allowed to write on that folder, we made the game run as admininstrator, we deleted the cache multiple times, and we made the folder not read only. As you can see we tried everything and yet Arotia still encounters this error. So is all Windows Vista users experencing this or just a few? And how much users are impacted by this big problem?

Arotia should run a disk checker. See http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Check-your-hard-disk-for-errors.

Arotia may not come back on Blockland because he tried way too many times to make this game work. I just posted what I said so Badspot can fix this issue that some people are having. It was in the past but now its even worse in V20.

ive had an sqlite readonly directory error on an unrelated app.

ive fixed it by moving things to a new "c:whatever/" folder, DEselecting permissions, applying, then REselecting permissions, applying.

of course this prob has nothing to do with your problem lol :D

permissions of folder and all subs*

He should have posted in the help forum instead of burning himself out trying random fixes.

I helped him try out some fixes and none of them worked and I used this forum as a guide and everything said on these fourms did not work.

Well now I can get both to work without a Sqlite error but I don't see my DED in the server list.
