Exercising is not that hard, you take 30-60 mins out of your day to do simple things, you don't need to weight lift.

Discuss your exercise programs, and why you do it.

My exercise is me walking to the bus stop each morning, walking around my campus of a school each day, and walking home from school in the afternoon. I then exercise my fingers for the rest of the day.
