my dad stuck his glock out the window when some drunk dude came to our house at 4 in the morning asking what street this was

He said, "I'm not leaving until I get the bike back." Never said he would steal it.

Perhaps the police would take Rock's word for it, but going by the book what rock did is very much illegal.
....Really?

I even labeled point number 1 for you. Obviously if he stole his property before, that means he was going to steal it again.

Point is, neither Rock's life nor the safety of his home was threatened.  Nowhere in America can he shoot at a person for doing that.

He didn't even shoot to kill.

Keep your pants on, the kid deserved it.

Now you're gonna ramble about how people who like protecting their stuff are Texans or something like that.

You're too dense to argue with.  There's a way to handle situations, and then there's what Rock did.

He can go to jail for discharge of a firearm in a public place.

I'm dense? You're Rave, this denses forgeter on the planet

You loving label anyone who abuses guns or laws a Texan.
You pretty much dismissed the argument as your opinion and you're going ahead of yourself and acting like you're right, let alone any bit smarter than me.

Ok, that wasn't even a coherent sentence.  Also, yes, Texas enforces total self protection laws, as do many other states.  You're trying to take a shallow swipe at me so you can feel "right," or whatever, but you're not.  Discharging a firearm at anyone because they are on your lawn is illegal.

And saying, "He wasn't trying to kill him" doesn't fly in courts, you always shoot to kill.

this reminds me

where the forget is my steam game you owe me?

Well my mom won't let me buy games atm, so probably next school break.  Remind me or I might forget.

Uh, my yard isn't public, and I own 7 acres. I can fire a gun on my property legally.

I've never labeled myself as "right" unlike you, maybe I should edit an IMO in there for people like you whom can't handle opinions other than that of himself. This is hardly a shallow attempt.

He shot at the brim of his cap, that's totally an organ, right?

wasn't talking to you, but if you want to give me free games, I'm not gonna stop you
