Window 7 upgrading help

so i need some quick help guys
i was upgrading my computer with vista 64 bit to windows 7 64 bit and i accidentally shut off the computer in the middle of the install.

now when i boot up the computer it gives me the error "windows installation cannot proceed. to unstall windows, click ok to restart the computer and then restart the installation"

ok so i click ok and the computer restarts but it tries to resume the install and just gives me the same message and i get stuck in this reboot loop...

can anyone give me some help?

thats just it
i have no clue how to do a clean wipe as it gives me no option to press f8 or f11 or whatever it is to get to that during start up...

Well if you have access to another computer it's quite easy. However as you said it was an upgrade, you probably have lots of stuff on there you want to keep?

Do you have access to another computer?
You could create a DOS boot disk and just enter 'format C:' to completely wipe the disk.
There's guides on the net.
