Look up pogobat's tutorial.
I followed it, and bought a good speedcube online (the Dayan GuHong), and now I've solved it in 48 seconds.

waste of money

buy a can of heavy duty silicon spray and shine the forget out of the inside of one part.

you can use the rest to lubricate other stuff.
