Cant Make a Server!

I Tried to Launch A Server, Yet It Just Freezes When I Do it. Ive Waited a Hour before.  Nuthin Happens. I tried updating to V20 It  TStill Freezes. Im Not Sure if Its The Add-ons I Got. Only Ones I Got on The Day It Froze Was

Let It Load For A Few Mins. That Should Work Or Try Reseting Blockland Hope That Helps
