My HD PVR won't play back in sony vegas.

My PVR will play back if I record in 480p, but not in 720p. If I record in 720p on xbox settings, the video is zoomed in on the upper left hand cornor. If I record on PS3 settings, it crashes vegas. So how do I fi this?

Try recording it in WMV first then import the footage into Vegas.

The file types I can record with are .mp4 (xbox) .ts(AVCD) .M2TS (ps3)

None of them work. .mp4 is zoomed in on the corner. .ts .m2ts crash.

Maybe your screen is too small and it won't resize the video automatically.
