It means they're either fake because they would've done something by now or someone's leeching off your internet.
Dish out more money for your internet plan.  I'm on Verizon and I get incredibly high speeds because we dish upwards of $150/month.

Uhg, my mom thought it would be a good idea to cancel our internet service and use our stuffty-ass third party roaming internet towers for our phones.
My ping is over 1000 in TF2 servers, I cannot even leave the spawn point.



Anyone want to calculate how many bytes per second this is?
