But I have no loving idea how.
Could someone give me a list of everything I need to buy, list me to a website for it, and maybe give me a price estimate for something that can run, say, A COD game with no lag, or Minecraft seemlessly?

I'm quite sure you can get a decent gaming computer for <$400.

List of the various part's names:
Computer Case, Motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD, PSU, CD/DVD Drive. These are the more-important parts when building a computer.
Monitor, Speakers, Internet Card, Keyboard, Mouse. These are the extra items needed to use said computer build.

The fun part is finding all these parts that are compatible with each other.
