You might have an inn, tailor, monastery, cobbler, butcher, still, glass blower, mason, jeweler, tannery, clock maker, fletcher, ship maker, bowyer, or a wood burning furnace. A blacksmith falls under metalsmithing. You could have separate people doing armor, weapons, gold or silver ornamentation, pewtersmithing, working with copper, or casting iron.

You could also add in a harbor, quarry, mine, lumber yard, etc.
