We're not role playing here.
In order to be respected as a proper critic, you must be able to create what you criticize.
That's why, when I see a blockland video, I give it kudos despite the quality, because my standards are low based on my ability to create such a product.
Now, that is not to say you can't criticize anything slightly below or over your level of creation, but the way you're criticizing is so condescending, it's almost as if you consider yourself the best of the best.
well guess what, you're not.
so, do us all a favor and rearrange your criticizing to be proportional to your actual skill.
You're criticizing my personality rather than my actual comments. You can read something two ways, but you say that I am being too critical. Some things can be helpful, no matter how they are stated, such as "You're using too much red in the build, so the detail is hard to notice". However, I happen to always put things bluntly, as in "This is bland and has too much red."
I also point out things that are unnecessary, just because they really aren't necessary. I notice and post about them because I feel it needs to be said.
You can hate me all you like, but there isn't a section about displaying your eventing prowess specifically. That would be this one. People only post random things they build here, and I feel like giving my opinion. I wish I wouldn't get shot down just because I didn't like a specific build.
While I can't compare these builds to my own, I can compare them to others. Saying it's made on Blockland doesn't change the fact that it CAN be improved. Whether a significant improvement can be offered, or only slight changes due to preference... I'm entitled to state my opinion.
Last thing: I got banned here once. I admit, that was completely unnecessary. However, I don't feel I'm in the wrong here.
