If they want to fight for their country, let them! I don't see the big deal. Of course, soldiers are only with the same love, but simply prohibiting love is enough. If the people in question do it, then dishonorably discharge them. Or, you could put one gay person in each barrack room. They won't have another person to love up, unless they rape someone, which is unlikely.
