He "died" ages ago due to a ballooning accident, though it is assumed that he faked his death so he could be forgotten about, and be able to care for a family or attend college or something. He's still alive, as he posted on RTB a little right before it was shut down.

The whole air balloon thing is just a joke but, through a mixture of people ironically treating it seriously, and others not realizing it was a joke, its become twisted.

He is still alive, he's shown activity sporadically long after the alleged air balloon accident. I always thought even Ephi pulled a crack at it when he posted about changing RTB to "Blockland Cloud" and used an air balloon graphic.
