Author Topic: Can someone find me a piano tutorial  (Read 720 times)

I'm looking for a piano tutorial for the some Good Life by OneRepublic
Some guy Ray Mak has a great video but I cant find his tutorial
and I found another guy but he wants $5 for a tutorial

Well this site doesn't have that particular song, but if you have the time you cAn get taught how to play a song by ear.  If not, there's plenty of other songs to choose from.

Thanks, Im trying to learn by ear

I used to play a lot but I stopped for along time and now I can barely read notes, so I dont play by those,
and by sheetmusic I mean, video that shows how to play.

www.tabnabber.com

This is a lot easier then reading sheet music, it has the music written really simply in piano tabs. If you need help understanding how to read them, they have instructions on the site. I'm sure you could find most songs your looking for on there. You can play them as a MIDI file to listen to how they sound like.

I just tried to download a MIDI piano and holy cow It downloaded all this crap so I had to get rid of it.
I used to have a download of this really lovey midi piano but I forgot the name

Be sure to do searches on YouTube for people who show Synthesia recordings.

I learned how to play Maple Leaf Rag by Scott Joplin with no past experience and just a Synthesia video. Took a long time but still.
