Mind if I ask a question about a graphics tablet here?

You're aware you could have just asked instead of asking to ask, yes?

Okay.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GLQZJI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=AHALS71WJO58T  Okay, I think I'm going to get this. I read the reviews and stuff. Look's good. Should I?
EDIT: will it work on any drawing program? Such as GIMP 2, Paint tool SAI, and MyPaint? And is it compatible with Windows 7?

Night Fox isn't being very helpful in my thread. Anyway, will it work with what I posted above?
don't know if you're just trying to piss me off or what
that tablet you're saying you're going to get requires batteries for the pen
they will continue to drain as long as they are in the pen
it will not take long for you to have spent as much money as a Bamboo tablet costs
Bamboo pens do not use batteries
dunno how they work, but I know that

Okay. I'm sorry. But do you know of any cheap ones? :c

I'm going to be completely honest with you, a lot has happened with Wacom that I was obviously not aware of
now their Bamboo tablets only have three models
the cheapest one is $80
which is only twenty dollars more than the old model that I was referring to, but still
they have a lot of other things that make it worth it other than the pen not using batteries
for one thing, they look amazing, even for their least expensive line of tablets
has 1024 pressure levels (I can see the appeal, even though I never use it really)
a few other things, including a warranty and a simplified version of Autodesk's ShetchBook

Ethan! Would this laptop be ok for general use, Blockland, and Minecraft(does not have to run it like a boss).

Yes, but this is the correct speed:

EDIT: Uh, forgot, only 2 RAM slots, you'd be best to get 2 4GBs, it'd only be $40 when you want to upgrade.

I'd definitely recommend a Wacom one that doesn't use batteries. A friend picked up a $500 tablet from them, it's awesome. I'm not saying get a $500 one, but just that their quality is amazing.

The pen is just nothing, it's the tablet that picks everything up, so the pen doesn't have to have anything in it. Magnets for moving the mouse, I think.

Whats a good "Servicing" Kit on Newegg?

And does TDP add up? Say I had a CPU of 125 Watts, and a GPU of x Watts. Would the CPU and GPUs TDP add up?
And is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128509&Tpk=990FX good?

and oh my god my parents got me an ATI Radeon 5770 for Xmas

So, my dad needs a new computer. He wants a laptop, but it's hard to find him one when he doesn't trust anything except Dell. Any suggestions?

the top button is a little bit indented and is the middle mouse button
the bottom button is more jutting out and is the right click button

i know from experience.

Yes, TDP is wattage, and adds up. Also all the case fans, and the hard drives etc add on to it as well.
Yes, that's a great motherboard. What CPU were you wanting to put in it? However I must say that motherboard is really good quality and if you were to put a 5770 in it then it would be a bit unbalanced as the 5770 is only a mid-high range card and that motherboard is high range.

Oh wow, he's got his priorities around the wrong way. Dell is the last brand I would trust. Most likely computer to become a paperweight in a month.
You'll probably need to get him out of that mindset first. HPs, Compaqs and Acers are really good mainstream prebuilts. If you want to venture further, I'd say MSI and Asus are way better but more expensive and more geared towards the gamer. What is your father to do on this PC?
