Unfortunately, I don't know a place that ships inland to the UK.
Otherwise I would recommend this. It would meet your price in CDN to GBP, but I don't know what places have these.

Does this contain an optical drive for CD's? I'll be able to boot windows OS onto this right?

I am looking at getting a new monitor and this one has jumped out at me. Any advice? is this one good?

That's one hell of an off-brand monitor I have ever seen. Do you live in Europe is that why the brand is so strange?

Dude BenQ is a really high quality monitor. It is used for major gaming like the IntelExtremeMasters and things of that nature.

That does not. However an Optical Drive (CD/DVD Drvie) will only cost you another $16-$20. Of course unless you want a Blu-Ray burner. I suggest this. Also if you want to boot windows you must be certain you have a copy available.
