It might be a mini disc drive which won't really fit
It fit, Finally got those screws out. It's in perfect now.
I figured out why my other comp didn't have standoffs, it had little black plastic pieces glued everywhere. Damn you Dell.
uno
do you have a camera like for skype or anything.
using mom's laptop right now. So can't DL any programs. She's weird like that.. (uses internet explorer)
But it does have a webcam. Dunno if video chat is likely though.

Sounds like you got most of the problems sorted out, the power cables may be a pain to get to the motherboard

the power cables may be a pain to get to the motherboard
So much this, my brother had to route his 4-pin connector under his video card for makeshift cable management among the case's cable management
god that was annoying

Front panel is a little confusing. still kinda stuck with that. Not sure if I'm doing everyright and a little freaked out.
I'm worried about the wiring alot.

Shall I do the honors?

It's not starting. Fan started to move. But it isn't starting at all. Not really sure what I'm doing and these videos suck at explaining specific parts. (God damn front panel)

Are you sure you have all the power cables plugged in?

Not even sure what you meant with all the greentexting.

I've plugged everything in that has a slot. The only thing I know right off hand that could've been done incorrectly is the front panel wiring. I've got no clue how to set that up exactly. I tried following the tiny diagram on my mobo but I didnt know if they needed to be plugged in a certain direction or not.

$2000 All-around build. Includes one GPU, but has room to crossfire a second one.

Case
Mobo
GPU
RAID
PSU
CPU
SSD
RAM
HDD x2
Optical
CPU cooler

I think I concentrated a bit too much on the whole RAID card thing. Should I weigh it a bit differently?

>$2000 build

no you failed it

Dump the RAID stuff, m pretty sure someone doesn't need that much research and an SSD will be just as fast, if not more.

Fine, I'll make an Intel build.
I just fanboy AMD too much.

Got it to start up after some tinkering. Got an error too. Woo.

Fortunately only a Checksum error. My comp is started and I'm on. But it's running a slow pace speeds for some reason. Also alot of stuff is a little messed up. Time/Resolution and what not. I figure that was the Checksum error's fault.

Woo, and I got this stupid metal thing blocking my ethernet cord. Fun times, fun times. I don't even know how to move it without completely removing the god damn motherboard either.

If you're talking about the rear I/O shield, either it's a defective shield (you can remove it, if it is, however your computer will be more open,) or some other connector that for some reason (god forbid) it's not RJ45

I fixed it. Currently dealing with a few small issues. (Mostly my computer running at a loving slow ass snail pace when it starts. My "Microsoft Windows" Stopped responding for a min while getting the desktop loaded.) I am actually back on my PC. :D! It worked. I'm gonna do some setting up and try to play L.A. Noire <-- something I couldn't do before.

Any reason my computer may be running a bit more awkwardly than before? I noticed while signing on steam. Peoples avatars were not loading correctly. I'll post an image soon. My computer is acting slow and stupid.

http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html <-- doesn't loving work. Good times.
