I agree. Honestly, who wants to have to keep moving their arm in the air to use their computer. Desktop mice are bad enough, I think if more people got used to using trackpads they'd actually prefer them.

I had a trackpad on my laptop. It was star fish. Now were can I get a decent touch screen monitor for a good price?

$500
Sorry, not getting a decent 20+ inch touchscreen monitor for $200.

Um.

You don't have anywhere NEAR the platform to run that.
it's probably going to run the equivalent of or worse than 6770 with the processor
someone had a thread about how the same phenom 9550 bottlenecked his 6870

Much worse.
Her PSU won't even run it, lol, the second she gets in in and starts up the PSU is going to fail, and then she's without a computer!

What happens when he says you're out of luck?  Well thought out.

Good job

Uh
What makes you think he would say that lol
So it was well thought out.
The card is easily returnable and then I could use that money to get a new computer or keep it for the new one.
Well thought out.

Burnt out hardware in almost 100% of cases in non-refundable, actually hardware itself once opened and used is almost always non-refundable, you can get replacements though.

And have fun putting in and powering up a card that you don't have the correct connections for.

Lol are you angry or something
Now you're just being rude

bubba if you had $500 why did you go with a 7870? I mean, yeah, your computer can't even run that in the first place, but if this was your "master plan" you may as well have gone for a 7970
